We’re welcoming the new year with something alive, grounding, and beautifully simple: our very first Vinegar & Salt fermenting workshop.

What to expect

Over the course of the workshop, we will:

  • Explore simple, traditional fermentation methods using winter’s best produce

  • Learn how to turn humble vegetables into living jars of Kimchi and Sauerkraut that nourish both body and spirit

  • Share fermented foods, drinks, warmth, and a few quiet hours away from busy London

  • Create your own ferment to take home, along with your own take home guide to give you the confidence to continue the practice on your own

Designed to be hands-on, welcoming, and gently paced, this workshop is a chance to sink into the season and connect with others around a shared table.
